Full Body Fitness
The classes in my Bootcamp target the full body. From Squats, to Press ups, to Russian twists, to Mountain Climbers, you can guarantee a complete body workout targeting every muscle and aspect of fitness!
The classes vary keeping them fresh and fun every session. From HIIT, to Circuits, to Games, to Challenges, Bootcamp ensures you not only get a sweat on, but have fun!
A huge range of equipment and alternatives ensure that Bootcamp is for everyone, from complete beginners, to experienced pros!
Fresh Air
After working 9-5 inside a dusty office, or at home surrounded by the same four walls everyday, some people don't want to go spend their evening inside a crowded, claustrophobic, basement like gym.
Bootcamp is a great way to still get the workout done, but outdoors in the fresh air, and nothing beats those bright summer nights!
